We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate Trainee. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new streams of revenue for our campaigns through innovative marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with our marketing specialists to create and execute campaigns, and convey promotions to each respective target market within a dynamic team environment.

We are looking for both entry-level marketing associates and experienced sales account managers who are motivated by account growth and management opportunities. This is a career opportunity that pays weekly with an uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
  • Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross-function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
  • Marketing opportunity for revenue.
  • Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
  • Responsible for branding, advertising, company events, and promotional collateral.
  • Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories.

This is an in-office position located in Fairfield, New Jersey, and candidates that are able to start immediately are highly preferred.
