Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Repair Specialist to join our team at Compunnel, Inc. As a key member of our service repair hub, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex repairs, reworks, and refurbishments of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root cause issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Comply with all quality and operational procedures to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and ICU's QMS.
  • Perform Level 0 and Level 1 PCI investigations as needed, collaborating with Senior Technicians, QA, Customer Service, and Global Complaint Management teams.
  • Work with Manager and QA to identify and resolve process and/or product non-conformities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to daily cleaning schedules.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate initiative and good teamwork skills.
  • Experience with cGMP, process, and product knowledge is a plus.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow complex written procedures.
  • Quality and results-oriented mindset.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A.S. degree in a technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a high-tech manufacturing or servicing environment.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Job duties are performed in a service repair hub environment.
  • Must have high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with electro-mechanical medical devices.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
