Senior Loan Closer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Loan Closer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a key member of our closing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely closing of loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to ensure timely closing
  • Prepare and deliver closing packages to closing agents within the required timeframe
  • Monitor and reconcile fees and revenue to ensure accurate accounting
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking closing dates and lock-ins

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in loan closing and/or processing
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of mortgage software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
