**Key Responsibilities:**
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Maintain detailed records of all repairs, services, and parts used
* Prepare and submit service reports and invoices promptly
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED required
* Technical or vocational training in appliance repair, HVAC, or a related field preferred
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA certification, or equivalent a plus
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
