About the Role:

This role involves comprehensive systems engineering tasks and may include supporting testing activities in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with the systems engineering and testing protocols relevant to the project.
  • Lead the development of change packages by integrating stakeholder feedback to facilitate modifications in software and hardware systems.
  • Employ software tools such as MagicDraw/Cameo, DOORS, and MS Office to create and evaluate architectures, requirements, technical documents, testing procedures, and reports.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on mission objectives are crucial.
  • A STEM degree or a combination of 10 years of relevant experience plus an additional 5 years of experience, ideally with Navy weapons systems, is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with TTWCS.
  • Background in Navy operations.
  • Familiarity with DoD Acquisition Engineering.
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Clearance Requirements: A Secret Clearance is necessary for this position. Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
