Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Accountant II to join our team. As a Project Accountant II, you will be responsible for preparing client invoicing, tracking project budgets, and coding and processing project A/P for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client invoicing and track project budgets
  • Coding and processing project A/P for multiple projects
  • Conduct accurate contract documentation, administration, and maintenance
  • Coordinate project accounting system within the department
  • Assist multiple project managers and staff on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience; an advanced degree may offset years of experience
  • Familiar with Earned Value Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook
