The IT Support and Operations Coordinator role presents an exciting chance to be part of our vibrant team within the technology sector. As an IT Support and Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, overseeing system maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first and second level support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users on system functionalities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and PowerShell.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT department to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical inquiries and user issues, creating a detailed database of solutions.
- Conduct regular system assessments and apply security updates to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Educate users on system operations and best practices, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize our systems.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the technology sector.
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving intricate technical issues.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with effective communication capabilities across diverse user groups.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, adept at managing various tasks and priorities.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing initiative and a proactive mindset.
