Position Overview:

As an IT Support and Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, overseeing system maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first and second level support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users on system functionalities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and PowerShell.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of technical inquiries and user issues, creating a detailed database of solutions.
  • Conduct regular system assessments and apply security updates to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Educate users on system operations and best practices, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize our systems.


Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the technology sector.
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly in Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving intricate technical issues.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with effective communication capabilities across diverse user groups.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, adept at managing various tasks and priorities.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, showcasing initiative and a proactive mindset.
