Job Overview

As a Lifecycle Product Operations Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison for customer-related inquiries and order management requirements. This role involves overseeing critical LPL initiatives, ensuring seamless engagement with customers and licensees throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer engagement, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage communication strategies with internal teams, including Order Management and Business Teams.
  • Coordinate with the Business Team and Licensee to secure necessary contract consents from customers.
  • Facilitate the transition of purchase orders and contract novation between external clients and licensees.
  • Assist licensees in preparing for external customer engagements, including organizing calls and ensuring readiness for transitions.
  • Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with established terms and conditions.
  • Participate in site visits as needed for in-person collaboration with licensees.
  • Drive internal process changes in response to customer actions and requirements.
  • Manage project execution across various stages of the LPL process, tracking actions and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proactive approach to managing orders and communicating effectively to prevent issues.
  • Commitment to adhering to standard operating procedures and customer-specific requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present issues clearly.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and work towards effective resolutions within business guidelines.
  • Competence in articulating challenges and providing updates with empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Capacity to keep customers informed and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating urgency.
  • Experience in order entry and quote management.
  • A mindset focused on root cause analysis and corrective actions, with a willingness to seek assistance when necessary.
