About Urban, Ltd.: We are a comprehensive civil engineering firm that offers a wide range of services including transportation engineering, land planning, landscape architecture, and surveying for both private and public sector clients in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • EIT certification is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Proven experience in designing and processing land development applications
  • Familiarity with land development processes in Northern Virginia is a plus
  • Ability to make informed design decisions based on civil engineering principles and local regulations
  • Contributes to the development of comprehensive construction plans
  • Ensures the quality and accuracy of all engineering work
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
