Job Summary

Michelin North America is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance/testing, executing diagnostic tests, establishing standards, and confirming adherence to the standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes with quality problems.
  • Lead the application of root cause analysis in problem solving/deviation from standards.
  • Follow up on process capability and participate in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
  • Mentor production operators and other team members to improve application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.
