The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a qualified Part-Time Instructor to teach transferable, entry-level lectures and/or laboratories in Majors or Non-majors Biology. The successful candidate will develop syllabi and course materials as directed by the Lead Faculty Member and/or Lab Coordinator, and evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in Biological Sciences or a closely related field from an accredited College or University
  • Experience teaching General Biology Lectures and/or Laboratories

  • Ability and willingness to use email for official communications
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $925.00 per lecture credit hour, with credits varying by semester. The position is exempt and offers a full-time equivalent of 15.0%.
