- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Procurement Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $180,000 per year.
- Performance-Based Bonus: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
