Hourly rate ranges from $80 to $100.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team, focusing on geriatric patients within an inpatient setting.
Primary Duties:- Patient Management: Oversee a caseload of up to 12 patients in geriatric psychiatry.
- Documentation: Responsible for completing patient admissions, discharges, and daily progress notes.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in treatment team meetings, family discussions, and relevant agency meetings.
- Provider Support: Prepare written sign-outs for on-call providers covering overnight and weekend shifts.
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8-hour shifts
- No On-Call Duties: No responsibilities for after-hours or weekend calls.
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of 1 year in Geriatric Psychiatry.
- Skills: Strong clinical abilities in geriatric psychiatry, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with mental health regulations is advantageous.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule free from weekend or on-call duties.
