Position Summary:
We are in search of a Security Education Training and Awareness Analyst with a proven track record in a dynamic public sector environment. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the development and culture of a thriving cybersecurity organization. The successful candidate will engage with various aspects of federal client support and will be encouraged to grow alongside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical guidance for overseeing information systems security operations.
- Establish and enforce security standards and protocols.
- Coordinate, develop, and assess security initiatives.
- Apply expertise to user and specialized systems that require specific security features and procedures.
- Facilitate the integration and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing internal Security Education Training and Awareness initiatives.
- Experience in overseeing external Security Awareness programs.
- Ability to monitor user compliance with security training requirements.
- Expertise in managing social engineering and phishing training exercises.
- Skilled in reconciling discrepancies across various tracking sources.
- Experience in maintaining Security Education Training and Awareness documentation.
- Capability to provide compliance metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Adept at developing and delivering awareness and role-based training.
- Proficient in designing materials for SETA using graphic design and learning content tools.
- Experience in managing SETA Software-as-a-Service applications.
- Ability to create low code/no code applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Education, Training, and Awareness.
- One or more certifications in information technology security meeting or exceeding DoD 8570 IAM Level II.
- Experience with graphic design tools.
- Experience in creating learning content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders.
- Eligibility to obtain required federal agency security clearance.
