We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Leap. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment, adhering to brand standards
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 1+ year of sales experience in a retail environment; luxury retail background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits
