Key Responsibilities:

  • Measurement Plans & Requirements: Collaborate closely with Media Planning and Strategy teams to establish KPIs and reporting methodologies that align with campaign and advertiser objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist in building and maintaining reporting dashboards to facilitate both internal and external campaign pacing analysis and optimization.
  • Account Management: Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying programmatic opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Delivery & Execution: Expertly set up, execute, and deliver programmatic display, video, YouTube, digital audio, CTV, and OTT buys for a diverse range of clients, particularly within niche markets.
  • Optimization: Strategically optimize paid media towards various business goals and KPIs, addressing issues as necessary.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve campaign challenges using appropriate tools and determine when to escalate issues for support.
  • Vendor Evaluation: Partner with leadership to assess vendors, technologies, and new advertising platforms, analyzing their measurement capabilities.
  • Expertise Sharing: Serve as a resource for programmatic knowledge for both internal media teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of programmatic trading experience within an agency or agency trading desk.
  • Proficient in DV360 and at least two of the following platforms: YouTube, SA360, Google Ads, TradeDesk, Basis, Adtheorent, Xandr, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform and Campaign Manager 360 is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines across multiple programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion lift experimentation.
  • Understanding of acquisition strategies and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills; client-side experience is advantageous.
  • Able to lead multiple projects and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets and providing actionable insights using analytics software, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Between US$80,000.00 and US$105,000.00 per year
