Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
