Job Summary:

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities. Your expertise will be essential in developing and reviewing treatment plans, administering and interpreting diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, observing and recording changes in patient condition, and providing instruction and training to patients and families. You will also maintain documentation and participate in care coordination.

Requirements:

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, minimum 6 months of experience, home health experience a plus, current and unrestricted license, current CPR certification, good organizational and communication skills, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

$76,800 - $105,800 per year, paid time off, 401(k), employee assistance program, and more.
