The Legacy of Camden, part of Navion Senior Living, is on the lookout for dedicated culinary professionals to support meal preparation, management, and service. Our culinary team plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences within our innovative Assisted Living Community. Successful candidates will utilize their culinary expertise and leadership abilities to enhance resident satisfaction.

Full-Time Positions Available

Qualifications

  • Current ServSafe certification or willingness to undergo food service sanitation training to obtain certification.
  • High School diploma or GED is acceptable.
  • Culinary training or apprenticeship is preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in food preparation, including full-line menu items and specialized diets.
  • Must be at least 16 years old; 18 years or older in specific roles involving power-driven equipment.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Background in culinary arts is advantageous.
  • CPR and First-Aid certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a caring environment while ensuring safety and health standards.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Prepare visually appealing and delicious meals.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Learn and execute basic culinary tasks while following instructions.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor to ensure timely service.
  • Present a well-groomed appearance and comply with dress code requirements.
