The Youth Fitness Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans and appropriate environments that incorporate a broad range of fitness and health activities for early childhood, school age, and youth program participants. This includes assisting in training coaches using the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) guidelines and providing assistance in planning practices to warm up/cool down techniques, injury prevention, proper use of materials and equipment.
