- Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide hands-on training and support to production personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process development and improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
