National Sales Lead

As a National Sales Representative at NCW, you will play a crucial role in driving our construction staffing services forward. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across the nation, thereby contributing significantly to our projected growth trajectory.
You will have the opportunity to develop your own client base within your assigned market, leveraging your exceptional sales skills to attract new clients while nurturing existing partnerships. Additionally, you may be required to perform onsite management tasks to support your client base and represent the NCW brand through various initiatives such as job fairs, networking events, and hiring events.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems or Customer Relationship Management software is essential for managing a talent pipeline. About the Salary
This highly rewarding role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
