Job Summary:The Direct Care Staff will play a vital role in providing services to residents of Poverello Center Inc, maintaining safety and health standards, and supporting the operation of the Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Check individuals in for meals and ensure their needs are met.
- Complete weekend day staff duties and special assignments as directed by the kitchen manager.
- Provide services to residents consistent with the rules of occupancy and Poverello Center Inc's Mission.
- Assist residents as needed and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Perform area inspections in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain safety through rule enforcement and document rule violations and incident reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the log and work collaboratively with other service providers to meet client needs.
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including staffing the office and answering phone calls.
- Cooperate with law enforcement if required and perform other duties as necessary.
