Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at CentraState Healthcare System. As a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized plans of care for patients with cardiac conditions, including those with coronary artery disease, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiac disease management, healthy lifestyle changes, and cardiac rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- BSN required
- Two years experience in telemetry or critical care required. Experience in emergency care considered
- RN License / New Jersey required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- Specialty certification in cardiac rehab required or obtain specialty certification in cardiac rehab within two (2) years of obtaining the position
