Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional assistance for incident resolution and service requests directed to the help desk. The primary duties encompass evaluating, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving issues and requests related to software applications and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to gather pertinent information through effective communication.
  • Utilize support tools and collaborate with additional support personnel as necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources within the organization in a timely manner.

Compensation: $26 - $29 per hour

  • Knowledge of OS/App deployment tools and endpoint management technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
