Job Overview

Our esteemed partner is in search of an Engineering Manager to lead their Plant Operations Division within the Water Utility sector.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for supervising a team consisting of two direct reports and three indirect reports. This role entails managing design workflows and spearheading enhancements in water and wastewater treatment processes, as well as overseeing vertical distribution and collection facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-level coordination and management of capital improvement initiatives.
  • Development and oversight of budgetary allocations.
  • Driving operational enhancements within the Utility and Division.

Qualifications
