Responsibilities

  1. Thoroughly inspect service repair orders and parts invoices for accuracy and completeness
  2. Calculate material charges and enter them in the repair order
  3. Accurately calculate total retail prices and enter them in the repair order
  4. Collect payments from customers and provide change and receipts
  5. Document charge purchases according to office policies
  6. Calculate and enter warranty charges
  7. Complete accounting sections of repair orders as directed
  8. Accumulate repair orders and parts invoices daily
  9. Maintain labor rate control forms
  10. Handle and account for cash in and out
  11. Control keys associated with completed repair orders
  12. File repair orders as directed
  13. Answer service department telephone and take messages
  14. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding communication and professional appearance
  • Great attitude and high-energy personality
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
