Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Admission team. As a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patients for hospice eligibility and providing education on our care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine eligibility for hospice care

Requirements

  • RN license in the state of employment
