Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist/Inventory Management to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming materials, including verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies
  • Coordinate with project coordinators to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
  • Process shipping and receiving documents, including preparing and sending invoices and credit memos
  • Collaborate with the material coordinator to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stockouts
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer and mathematical skills, with proficiency in inventory management software
  • Forklift certification a plus
