Warehouse Operations Supervisor

At UPS, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our warehouse team as a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about safety, productivity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training and ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and continual improvement.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
