Position Overview

As an Associate in our Intellectual Property practice, you will work closely with senior consultants on project teams to develop financial, accounting, and economic analyses and valuation models. You will conduct industry, market, and competitive research to develop an independent fact base and review client documents to identify key information. Your responsibilities will include performing interview-based research, assisting in the production of research summaries and expert reports, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop financial, accounting, and economic analyses and valuation models to support case theories
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to develop an independent fact base
  • Review client documents to identify key information
  • Perform interview-based research with client representatives and industry associations
  • Assist in the production of research summaries and expert reports
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of analyses

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytic discipline
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial/economic analysis
  • Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies
  • Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills
  • Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
