We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide technical support to our Project Sales team. This role involves calling on architects, engineers, facility managers, and owners to promote Hugh M. Cunningham's represented products and secure specifications for projects in assigned marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with approving authorities and establish relationships with owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Introduce represented products on upcoming projects and prepare action plans to identify specification needs.
  • Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and customer documents, and consult with engineers and architects.
  • Follow up with approving authorities for product details and sizing, and consult with technical support staff to adjust quotations.
  • Provide technical information and training to engineer and architect contacts.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying legislation and advising customers on product adherence.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult customer situations and meet commitments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business implications of decisions and align work with strategic goals.
