Key Responsibilities:- Provide direction and guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
- Administer medication to residents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement resident care plans in accordance with Company and federal guidelines, as well as physician's orders.
- Perform various treatments and procedures as needed.
- Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders and document resident charts.
- Participate in shift reports and maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement established nursing policies and procedures, educating support staff on resident care needs.
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to organize workflow.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and note details.
