Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drink to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to restaurant guests and staff.
- Operate a cash register/POS system, handling cash, charge, and complimentary sales with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date on current casino events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Previous cashiering experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to accurately and quickly process cash transactions.
- Comfortable working in a smoke-filled environment with noise and bright lights.
