  • Foster open communication with parents and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by administrators.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 48 credit hours of college coursework or an Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
  • Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Creole, Chinese, Vietnamese, Portuguese, or Somali.
