Senior Commercial Electrician

Position Summary

Electrical Production Services, Inc. (EPS) is a well-established commercial electrical contractor with over three decades of experience. We are currently in search of a Lead Commercial Electrician to oversee various electrical projects. EPS specializes in a range of services including commercial electrical installations, low voltage systems, and fiber optics. Our operations extend across multiple states, ensuring a diverse range of projects.

This role requires a keen ability to interpret project specifications and scopes of work, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial electrical work, project management, and team leadership. Familiarity with low-voltage systems is an added advantage.

Compensation: $40 - $47 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful execution of assigned electrical projects while upholding the highest quality standards
• Review blueprints and develop a thorough understanding of project requirements to create effective installation plans
• Perform a variety of electrical tasks including installation of conduits, wiring, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
• Adhere to electrical specifications and code requirements, ensuring EPS quality standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with state and local electrical inspectors throughout project completion
• Communicate detailed project updates to Project Managers and Sales Teams

Required Qualifications:

• Valid MN Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Two-year technical degree in electrical construction, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience through an accredited apprenticeship program
• Proven experience in commercial electrical applications
• Experience in supervising a team of electrical apprentices
• Valid MN Driver's License

• Able to regularly lift 20-35 pounds
• Proficient in the use of all relevant tools and equipment, with the ability to train others
