We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Jobot. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and dependability of our products, which are used in various industries including aerospace, power generation, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intermediate model review print reading and GD&T to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Perform intermediate shop math calculations to verify product dimensions
  • Operate basic inspection tools, including pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, air gages, and profilometers
  • Use a profilometer to measure surface roughness and other parameters
  • Meet production goals and cycle times while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements:

  • Intermediate model review print reading and GD&T skills
  • Intermediate shop math skills
  • Familiarity with basic inspection tools
  • Ability to use a profilometer
  • Able to be certified to use Rockwell/Eddy Current Machine
  • Familiarity with BAC5300
  • Punctuality and ability to meet production goals
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • NDT/CMM experience preferred
