Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers with food and drink service, including clearing tables, running food, and resetting tables.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain expertise on all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergies.
  • Food Runner: Act as a dedicated food runner for various shifts, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks to our guests.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and personal appearance, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Provide constant communication and support to all teammates, working together to deliver exceptional service.
  • Setup and Breakdown: Thoroughly complete setup and breakdown of each station, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 40+ lbs.
  • Schedule: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business.
