Position Overview:
As a Parts Coordinator at Liberty, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the inventory of parts essential for our operational needs. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our shop and field teams have the necessary components for maintenance and repair tasks.
Your duties will encompass identifying required parts, sourcing them from suppliers, maintaining precise inventory records, and efficiently distributing parts to our crews as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid US Driver's License. Experience in a warehouse or parts room setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pull inventory for mechanics and field teams to ensure timely access to the correct parts.
- Accurately issue parts and update inventory records in the system.
- Maintain ongoing communication with shop and field personnel regarding open orders and provide accurate estimated arrival times.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport heavy materials and equipment.
- Deliver courteous and professional service to shop, field, and other departments.
- Address and resolve any issues related to parts orders or inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, store, and organize parts and equipment within the warehouse or storage area.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Supply Chain teams on overdue invoices and outstanding orders.
- Assist with regular cycle counts of parts and participate in quarterly inventory assessments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Work Environment:

Compensation:
$19-29 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may vary from the range provided.
