Job Summary

As a Business Systems Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a critical role in advising and partnering with clients to provide highly developed domain expertise and stakeholder relationships. You will identify stakeholders' business and system requirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Your expertise will be essential in managing business requirements and clarifying the intended functional behavior of software for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and systems

Collaborate with development teams to generate documentation on functionality being delivered

Identify and translate business and system requirements into actionable software requirements

Manage business requirements and clarify the intended functional behavior of software for stakeholders

Requirements

Experience with managing multiple document deliveries

Ability to work with development teams generating documentation on functionality being delivered

Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust or suitability/fitness determination based on client requirements

HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with requirements, business, and systems analysis

Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Security Clearance

Salary Range

The projected compensation range for this position is $42,700.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model
