Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Computer System Analyst II to join our team at Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting assistance and problem resolution for computer systems in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
  • Execute testing and evaluations to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Verify network protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of LAN administration fundamentals, UNIX, and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • 3 years of experience in computerized system administration, including test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PSEM, CSDP, or COR-approved platform-specific certifications.
