RMC is seeking a Training Specialist to engage in a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in supporting Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, which includes identifying training requirements, formulating goals and objectives, designing training programs, and implementing the instructional system development (ISD) methodology.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or Psychology.
- Possession of a Training Certification (such as Military Instructor Certification or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)).
- An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is mandatory to commence employment. A TS/SCI Clearance will be necessary. The selected candidate may undergo a security investigation and must fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
