About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our food service operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register (or equivalent), receive payments from customers, make changes, and issue receipts or tickets.">
  • Food Service: Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables, maintain proper security of cash at all times, and follow Sodexo cash-handling policies and procedures.">
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to customers, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.">
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and complete assigned tasks from management.">
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, and provide support during peak periods.">

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.">
  • Skills: Basic math skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.">
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a positive attitude.">
