About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Critical Care Intensivist to join our team at Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our cardiac critical care program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care in the cardiovascular ICU
  • Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery and vascular surgery teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Structural Heart Program, including the addition of new procedures
  • Support the continued growth and development of our ECMO services
Requirements
  • Medical degree/diploma
  • Residency/fellowship certification
  • Kentucky medical license or license eligible
