About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking an After Sales Coordinator to enhance their operational team.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time contractual position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that products align with the company's quality benchmarks.
- Organize daily quality control tasks to optimize productivity levels.
- Identify, anticipate, and escalate any potential quality issues, particularly for new launches and premium products.
- Compile and assess quality control data for KPI reporting and enhancement initiatives.
- Generate reports on defects to communicate all quality concerns to the Regional and Global teams.
- Maintain close communication with the Watch & Fine Jewelry Workshop and Repair teams to facilitate repairs for defective items.
- Assist with administrative duties related to stock management by collaborating with internal departments.
- Utilize internal systems for effective stock tracking and inventory oversight.
- Convey all completed diagnostics and technical estimates to the workshop coordinator.
- Perform thorough cleaning and polishing of all internal and external components on repair jobs as necessary.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of all finished jewelry items.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities.
- Capability to engage with clients in a composed and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through.
- Proficient data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred in fashion or luxury operations/retail.
