Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Truck Operator to join our team.

Compensation:
Expect to earn $1400 or more weekly, with additional benefits.

Weekly Pay Structure:
  • Mileage Compensation: $0.62 to $1.35 per mile, depending on trip length.
  • Stop Compensation: $21.00 per stop, averaging 4 stops daily.
  • Per Diem Compensation: $50 per night for potential overnight stays.
  • Safety Incentive: $300 bonus awarded quarterly.

Training:
Comprehensive paid training provided.

Work Schedule:
Daytime work week with one full day off; weekend and holiday work required.

Dispatch Hours:
Dispatch occurs between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

Route Details:
Regional driving within a 500-mile radius, with daily home time except for one possible overnight stay per week.

  • Tractor Type: Day Cab
  • Trailer Type: 53' Reefer
  • Tools: Manual Pallet Jack

Freight Handling:
Touch freight involving grocery items, with driver assistance required for unloading and securing loads.

Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Successful completion of a drug test.
  • Background and motor vehicle checks.
  • DOT physical examination.
  • Road test completion.
  • Valid CDL and necessary endorsements.
  • Class A experience: 9 months in the last 3 years, 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
  • Compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records.
  • Loading and unloading freight as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
