Job Overview:
  • Efficiently operate and manage equipment, calibrate and run the distributor
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the truck at all times
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on the truck and distributor
  • Assist the paving crew with various assigned duties
  • Operate the tack truck and apply tack materials effectively
  • Secure areas not designated for priming
  • Document beginning and ending rack readings and complete tack reports
  • Update log books, perform vehicle inspections, and report site conditions
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers using radios and verbal methods
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably possess a CDL Class A (Class B accepted)
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Hold a current DOT physical card
  • Hazmat certification is preferred
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering quality in all tasks
