DISH Network L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Staff Device Hardware Engineer to join our Wireless Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge wireless devices and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership for RF OTA, Front End, and Power Management within DISH Wireless Device/Network organization.
- Create and manage 5G device requirements, test plans, and features for Antenna and Battery performance.
- Design, test, optimize, and implement compact antenna solutions for 5G Cellular, WLAN, Bluetooth, and IEEE.
- Work closely with third-party testing vendors, OEMs, Network Engineering, and Roaming partners to align device/network performance with DISH Wireless objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in the wireless telecom industry with a service provider and/or device OEM in antenna and RF Circuit design/simulation.
- 5+ years in deep technical role, as an engineer/architect, R&D systems, product management and/or related area.
- Strong knowledge of device requirements, test plans, and end-to-end solutions for 4G/5G architecture across RAN and Core networks.
- Familiarity with 3GPP & GSMA standards and associated 4G/5G Radio Access Networking technologies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,100.00/Year - $180,900.00/Year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
