Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure detailed integration and efficient performance of the RRH system.
- Develop and implement test plans to validate RRH performance, compliance with industry standards, and reliability under various environmental conditions.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and components to improve RRH performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and field teams during product introduction and deployment.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in hardware design, with a focus on RF/analog circuits.
- Strong understanding of RF/microwave theory, transmission line theory, and antenna theory.
- Proficiency in using a schematic capture tool (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
- Experience in circuit and layout simulations.
- Experience with PCB layout guidelines and standard processes for high-speed, high-frequency designs.
- Familiarity with LTE, 5G, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with RRH design or other wireless infrastructure equipment.
- Knowledge of power amplifier design, LDMOS/GaN technology, and RF power management.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) and FPGA-based design.
- Experience with thermal design and analysis for electronic systems.
