Manufacturing Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team at Augmentation, Inc. This role involves assembling and fabricating semiconductor materials, electronic components, and subassemblies in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and fabricate semiconductor materials, electronic components, and subassemblies using various techniques and equipment.
- Read and follow production drawings and sample assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Position and align parts in specified relationships to each other.
- Perform assembly tasks such as cleaning, epoxy bonding, fiber attachment, seam sealing, and device testing.
- Conduct basic failure analysis and collaborate with engineering staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Tend to machines used in the assembly and testing of components and devices.
- Adjust or trim materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
- Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, assembly, or packaging, or a related technical field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with hazardous chemicals, compressed gases, lasers, and high voltage.
